496 Systemic lupus erythematosus accompanied with atopic dermatitis: A case series report

چکیده

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and atopic dermatitis (AD) are both immune-related disorders that can lead to significant physical complications. There have been some reports about the coexistence or association of two diseases. In cases concurrence SLE AD, patients may need more comprehensive treatment strategies for proper control disease activities. Moreover, trauma such as excoriation aggravate initiate cutaneous lesions, so called Koebner phenomenon. this research, we report 12 with accompanied AD. They commonly presented eczematous lesions lichenification in flexural areas prominent itching. all showed elevated immunoglobulin E (IgE) levels, thus satisfying diagnostic criteria addition, their laboratory tests, Antinuclear antibody (ANA) titer Anti-dsDNA were elevated. Also, they satisfied other SLE, including acute chronic erythematosus. Under diagnosis concurrent AD successfully controlled eczema pruritus. If suffer from itching inconsistent activity it be helpful measure IgE levels.
